I have over 25 years of solution sales experience having been responsible for generating and managing several billion dollars in revenue during my career. I utilize this professional expertise to provide for additional value and superior experiences for my real estate clients. My background in local, regional, national and international business provides the foundation for both residential and commercial clients as well as customized support offerings. Over the years I have established strong local and global networks being an Arizona resident since 1988 and having travelled to and had business dealings in all 50 states, 8 Canadian provinces and over 40 countries on 6 continents. It is this global perspective and being able to incorporate those capabilities on an individual, local levels as well as the ability to be creative in marketing, solving issues and crafting new opportunities that are key differentiators.

My core business beliefs are that hope is not a strategy, a failure to plan and communicate is a plan to fail, having a “can do” attitude and willing to take on any challenge. My efficiency and effectiveness come from years of being an international business expert specializing in business process and support functions, contact centers, information systems and management consulting. I have been responsible for selecting, implementing and managing global facilities, overseen operations and housing considerations for 5,000+ personnel during career.
